* Diameter: We can produce all size of saw blades according customer’s special need from 7 1/4’’-10’’, 184mm-250mm.
* Thickness: can also be made according to the customer market demand. For professional cutting, our thickness can be 1mm.
* ATB (Alternate Top Bevel Tooth), the number of teeth can also be based on customer requirements.
* Material: We can provide a variety of raw materials, such as 65Mn Steel Core, Teeth material: YG8, YG6X, YG6, OKE203, OKE107,OKE103 etc. The material combination of 65Mn+YG6X is exported to the American market in large quantities by us.
* Product Treatment: Original, Painting, Metal(Nickel, chromeplate) coated, Teflon Coated, Low noise. Usually in the American market, customers require the treatment of Teflon coated+Low noise. But in the Mexican market, some big brands can only required Original + Logo Print treatment.
